MCP & AI integrations

Talk to your business. Get answers. Take action.

We match you with developers who connect AI to the systems you already run (CRM, documents, email, calendars, databases and internal tools) using the Model Context Protocol. Your team asks in plain language; the answers come from your real data, with your permissions and approvals intact.

  • Keeps your existing systems
  • Read-only first, actions when ready
  • Every action approved and logged
  • Works with Claude, ChatGPT and more
Example: a sales lead asks which deals have gone quiet. The assistant checks HubSpot, Gmail and Google Calendar through MCP, answers with three deals, and drafts follow-up emails that wait for approval.

What is MCP?

A universal adapter between AI and your business.

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic in 2024 and now supported across major AI platforms, for giving AI assistants safe, structured access to tools and data.

Instead of one-off integrations for every AI product, your specialist builds an MCP server for each system once. Any compatible assistant can then use it, inside the rules you define.

How MCP works: your team asks a question, the AI assistant calls tools, MCP servers built by your specialist check permissions and approvals, and your existing systems return the data.
  1. Your team

    Asks in plain language

    • Slack or Teams
    • A web or mobile app
    • Email or voice
  2. AI assistant

    Plans and calls tools

    • Claude, ChatGPT or your own app
    • Acts as the MCP client
    • Chooses which tools to use
  3. MCP servers

    Built by your specialist

    • One per system or domain
    • Enforce permissions
    • Require approval for writes
  4. Your systems

    Stay exactly where they are

    • CRM, accounting, ERP
    • Docs, email, calendars
    • Databases and internal tools

Use cases

Every team gets a colleague who knows where everything is.

The same connected assistant answers different questions for different teams, always within each person's own access.

  • Sales

    • “Which deals over $20k have gone quiet this month?”
    • “Prep me for my 2pm call with Northwind.”

    CRM · email · calendar

  • Finance

    • “Which invoices are over 30 days late?”
    • “How does this month's spend compare with budget?”

    Accounting · banking · spreadsheets

  • Operations

    • “What jobs are delayed this week, and why?”
    • “Reschedule Thursday's installs around the parts delay.”

Job management · calendar · inventory

  • Customer support

    • “Summarize complaints from the last 7 days.”
    • “Draft a reply to ticket #4821 using our refund policy.”

Helpdesk · knowledge base · CRM

  • Leadership

    • “Give me a one-page summary of the week across teams.”
    • “What changed in pipeline since last Monday?”

CRM · finance · project tools

  • People & HR

    • “What's our parental leave policy for contractors?”
    • “Create onboarding tasks for Maya's first week.”

    HRIS · documents · ticketing

Start safe, expand with confidence

Ask. Draft. Act.

You decide how far the assistant can go in each system, and you can move up a level one workflow at a time.

  1. Level 1

    Ask

Read-only access. The assistant finds, summarizes and explains. People decide what to do next.

“Which customers haven't reordered in 90 days?”

No write access to any system

  2. Level 2

    Draft

The assistant prepares emails, records and tasks. Nothing is sent or saved until a person approves it.

“Draft renewal reminders for those customers.”

Every change reviewed before it happens

  3. Level 3

    Act

Approved workflows run on their own within clear rules, with alerts and a full audit trail.

“Every Monday, send reminders and log them in the CRM.”

    Pre-approved actions, limits and rollback

Security & governance

Powerful access, with the controls your team expects.

Connecting AI to real systems is only useful if it's safe. Our specialists design for access control, approvals and auditability from the first line of code.

  • Permission-aware access

Each person connects with their own credentials, so the assistant can only see what they could already see.

  • Least privilege by default

Integrations start read-only with narrowly scoped tokens. Write access is added deliberately, one action at a time.

  • Human approval for actions

Sending, updating or deleting can require a person to approve, with a clear preview of exactly what will change.

  • Complete audit trail

Every question, tool call and action is logged with who asked, what was accessed and what changed.

  • Your data, your terms

Model providers are configured so your data isn't used for training, with retention settings that match your policies.

  • Deploy where you need

Run in your cloud account or private network, or use self-hosted models when data can't leave your environment.

How a project runs

From first conversation to daily use.

Typical timeline for a first integration. Your brief and proposal set the real dates.

  1. 1–2 weeks

    01 Discovery

Map the questions people ask, the systems that hold the answers, and the access and approval rules that apply.

  2. 2–4 weeks

    02 Connect

Build and secure MCP servers for the first two or three systems, starting read-only, with logging from day one.

  3. 2–4 weeks

    03 Pilot

A small group uses it daily. Measure answer quality and time saved, then add drafting and approved actions.

  4. Ongoing

    04 Expand

Roll out to more teams, connect more systems and automate the workflows that proved their value.

FAQ

Straight answers about MCP integrations.

Still have a question? Start a free scope and add it to your brief.

What is MCP, in plain English?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to the tools and data they need. Think of it as a universal adapter: a developer builds an MCP server for a system once (your CRM, document store or database) and any compatible AI assistant can use it, within the permissions you set.

Do we need to replace any of our current systems?

No. MCP sits alongside the systems you already use. Your CRM, accounting, email and databases stay exactly where they are; the integration gives AI controlled access to them.

Can the AI take actions, or only answer questions?

Both. Most teams start with read-only answers, then add drafting and approved actions. Any write action can require human approval, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Your specialist will choose model providers and settings that don't use your data for training, and can use private or self-hosted models where your policies require it. Access is scoped per user and logged.

Which AI models and assistants can we use?

MCP is supported by a growing range of AI assistants and agent frameworks, including Claude, ChatGPT and popular open-source tools. Your developer will recommend a model based on accuracy, cost and data requirements, and MCP keeps you free to switch later.

What if one of our systems doesn't have an API?

Many systems have more integration options than it first appears. Where there's no API, developers can work from database access, scheduled exports or email-based workflows. Your scope will flag this early so there are no surprises.

How long does a first integration take?

A focused pilot connecting two or three systems for a small group typically takes two to six weeks, depending on data access, security review and how many write actions are involved.

What does it cost?

Scoping is free. Builds are quoted from your brief with a fixed-price first milestone, so you know what the pilot costs before you commit to anything larger.
